Drug dealers mix it with heroin to presumably make the heroin stronger.<\/li><li>It is\u00c2\u00a0<strong>10,000 times\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>more potent than morphine and\u00c2\u00a0<strong>100 times<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0more potent than fentanyl.<\/li><li>The drug is also used to<strong>\u00c2\u00a0tranquilize elephants<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0and other large mammals.<\/li><li>This drug is so powerful it poses a significant threat to first responders and law enforcement personnel who touch it by accident.
