\n\tONLINE CORE CONTENT FOR THE CME RECERTIFICATION PROGRAM (aka the Pilot Program)\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThis program is for:\n<\/p>\n
\n\t· EMT’s, CC’s and Paramedics\n<\/p>\n
\n\t· Must be with an agency within the Midstate Region that is registered in the program with DOH BEMS\n<\/p>\n
\n\t· The provider must also be registered in the CME program with state (DOH Form 4226 on file with the state)\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThe registration location and dates are as follows:\n<\/p>\n
\n\tAll registrations and end session dates will be at:\n<\/p>\n
\n\t· Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corp (COCVAC)\n<\/p>\n
\n\t· All Registrations and End Sessions will be begin promptly at noon on the follow dates:\n<\/p>\n
\n\t#1: Registration: July 21 Final Session: August 25\n<\/p>\n
\n\t#2: Registration: August 11 Final Session: September 22\n<\/p>\n
\n\t#3: Registration: Sept 15 Final Session: October 20 <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n \n\t#4: Registration: October 13 Final Session: November 17\n<\/p>\n \n\t#5: Registration: November 24 Final Session: December 22\n<\/p>\n \n\tPlease note that it is important that when you sign up for the program you are able to attend the end session associated with the registration date.\n<\/p>\n
