On-Line Core Program
To eliminate confusion and assist Agencies and Providers regrading the Faxton-St.Luke’s EMS on-line continuing education (core) program we have provided a power point that describes our program and requirements to enroll in order to use this method of re-certification. Click on the link above Recert through the NYS DOH Cont Med Ed Program Power Point File to view this short program.

2013 Classes are now being added to the class list. If you do not see a class your waiting for, please be patient, the list will be completed by Monday the 19th.
CME Satellite Sign-ups
If your agency would like to host a “CME Satellite Sign-up Day†please contact Bill at 315-624-4539 ASAP.
ACLS and PALS Recert Class
We are offering a ACLS Recert class on December 3, 2012 at Midstate Training Center, 6:30pm. Cost is $10.00.
We are also offering a PALS Recert class on December 6, 2012 at Midstate Training Center, 6:30pm. Cost is $10.00
You can register in the “Classes†tab at the top of this page or call Bill at 315-624-4539. Both of these classes are offered to anyone that has a current ACLS or PALS card or a card that has not expired greater than 6 months.
