Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon seeking nominations of EMS employees in honor of EMS week.
As we continue to battle the ongoing public health crisis, the Assemblywoman would like to honor the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to protect our communities. Therefore, she is inviting EMS agencies to nominate two individuals who have gone above and beyond to protect the Mohawk Valley.
All entries must include the nominee’s name, place of work and a brief sentence on why he or she has been nominated. Submissions must be submitted via email to buttenschonm@assembly.gov by May 23, 2020.
Each nominee will receive an award and public recognition by the Assemblywoman.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email at knoopt@nyassembly.gov or buttenschonm@nyassembly.gov.
Please be advised that due to reasons beyond our control, the RESOURCE line will not be manned by an operator SUNDAY, May 17th from 0700-1830 hrs. Please continue to utilize the RESOURCE phone number during this time. There will be an automated system in place during that time frame that will allow for providers to press a specific number to be patched through to a specific hospital to give report. Please do not call the receiving hospital directly if at all possible. Any issues or problems, please notify Vinny, Dan or Melissa ASAP.
