Exceptional EMS

Midstate Region and the New York State Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, recognizes agencies and providers from the region for exceptional care. This recognition can come from anyone that recognizes this exceptional care.  If you would like to nominate someone for any of the awards, (Provider, Agency, Physician, Instructor, Youth, Leader, RN, Communications)  please send  the  nomination form located at the top of this page EMS AWARDS to REMSCO@midstateems .org no later than April 15^th, 2017.
