· NIMS Certificates ICS 100, 700, (Paramedics also ICS 200) and Haz Mat 5a
· Self addressed stamped envelope
· Department letter from Chief Officer or Training Officer signed and dated verifying membership and currently enrolled in the NYS DOH BEMS CME Recertification Program
· no exceptions to these requirement

The Midstate REMAC has approved the following study on myocardial infarctions. The goal is to analyze how effective ALS providers are at recognizing right ventricular involvement. Paramedics must also provide a copy of ICS 200

A letter on department letterhead from a Chief Officer or Training Officer
signed and dated verifying the agency and the provider are currently enrolled
in the CME Recertification Program with the NYS Dept of Health Bureau of EMS.
There will be no exceptions to these requirement.
Madison County Director of Emergency Management, Ted Halpin announced the Madison County EMS meeting on April 20, 2016 at 6:30PM Oneida Healthcare lower level classroom, will feature Dr. Tim Page as guest speaker. The meeting will also provide an update on the countywide EMS study.
Our Midstate EMS Stakeholders meeting scheduled for April 12 will be rescheduled for Tuesday June 7 The State Meetings are scheduled for the end of May and we will have additional and up-to-date information.
