The New York State Department of Health and The American Heart Association are embarking on a 2-year Mission: Lifeline (M:L) initiative in Utica and Cooperstown. This initiative will address the continuum of care of heart attack patients (specifically STEMI patients) by working with all stakeholders to improve the delivery of care in a timely, coordinated and consistent manner, building upon the great work that has already been conducted in the region.

We invite you to join us for this kick-off meeting to learn more about the project and discuss collaboration opportunities.
