Dear EMS Champion,
The Midstate Regional Emergency Medical Advisory Committee (REMAC) has approved a Draft set of Protocols to be used by the Midstate Pre Hospital Providers.
As part of the process we have posted a draft copy at http://midstateems.dreamhosters.com/docs/2012-Protocol-DRAFT/Midstate%20EMS%20Draft%20Protocol%202012.pdf for your review and comments. Please take the time to review and comment on the proposed Midstate Protocols.
Your comments can be sent to director@midstateems.dreamhosters.com before noon Aug 7, 2012.
All comments received will be reviewed by the Protocol Committee for consideration to be included in the final draft. The final draft will be approved by the Midstate REMAC and forwarded to the State Emergency Medical Advisory Committee (SEMAC) for final approval.
Thank you in advance for your assistance of this vital process.
Sincerely,
Vinny Faraone
Midstate EMS Clinical Coordinator
Over 18,000 runners this year!
That is allot of runners.
With that being said I would like to take this opportunity to THANK ALL that Volunteered their time
and for ALL those that participated on Sunday July 8th, 2012 for this HUGE event in Utica, New York.
We could not have done it without all of you!
Have a Safe Summer and see you next year! Remember Volunteer Early as February 2013!
Anyone in need of an ID Badge during the Summer months PLEASE CALL
315-624-4533 to make sure that I will be in the office the day
you will be stopping by.
I will make an appointment with you if necessary to avoid a wasted trip to the
Training Center. * Don’t forget to bring your certification card from the NYS-DOH,
a current CPR card and some form of photo ID with you.
Have a Safe Summer.
