Effective April 6, 2010 and for approximately the next 4 months, Oneida Healthcare will institute a new traffic plan.

Agencies  are encouraged to email Oneida Healthcare to set up a time stop in on April 5 to review the plans and check out the changes.

Paramedic Judy Verminski and Central Oneida County Ambulance are looking for pictures, news articles and memorabilia related to our EMS history. Judy will be creating a display and we hope to have it at the Awards Banquet at Vernon Downs May 21. On Monday March 15th all Midstate Ambulance Agencies are invited to participate in the funeral procession for past REMSCO Chair and West Winfield member Stan Lonchek. Line up will begin at 09:00 at the West Winfield Municipal Parking Lot located behind the Post Office. Agencies wishing to send a rig please advise Pablo Davis at (315) 794-4282.

It is with the deepest regret that the Midstate REMSCO announces the passing of long time member and previous chairman Stanley Lonchek.  Stanley has been active in EMS for nearly 50 years and will be missed by the entire EMS Community.  Calling hours for Stanley will be Sunday March 14, from 2-6pm at the Wilcox Funeral Home in West Winfield, the funeral will be Monday March 15 at 10am.  Our condolences go to Ann and family.
